For bookings in summer 2023 and winter season 2023/2024 the following cancellation conditions come into force:
Cancellations & changes made up to 14 days prior to arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations & changes made between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50 percent of the price of the entire booking.
Cancellations & changes made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
No-shows will be charged 100 percent of the price of the entire booking.
The right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para 1 FAGG does not apply, but the General Terms and Conditions for the hotel industry do.
We prefer to accept your payment in cash or debit / ATM card / V-Pay, as well as Visa and MasterCard; You also have the possibility to transfer your final payment to our bank account.
